Hoarding Warehouse’s best-selling Freestanding system was used to screen upgrade works in the production and packaging areas of Taylors of Harrogate, makers of Yorkshire Tea and other premium hot beverages.
Monoflex dust sheets were installed above the 2.4m high hoarding to prevent the escape of dust from the worksite.
The white foodsafe PVC panel system is maintenance-free, easy to clean and presents no trip hazards on the front-side of the hoarding.
The installation took 4 days to install and was in place during a 12-week facility upgrade project.

Components
Our 2.4m high Freestanding PVC hoarding created a secure temporary work area within the production and packaging facilities.
Reusable and re-locatable Freestanding panels are manufactured from 85% recycled PVC and the 15kg weights used at the rear side of the hoarding are made from 100% recycled post- consumer waste plastic.
All system components are fully reusable, helping reduce waste while supporting more sustainable temporary works projects.
Secure Access
Double-leaf personnel doors featuring robust digi-lock entry pads were built into the hoarding to ensure authorised access throughout the project.
Result
The completed installation safely segregated refurbishment works from live manufacturing operations, creating a hygienic, dust-controlled environment throughout the 12-week facility upgrade.
