Our Freestanding Hoarding System is the UK's best-selling indoor system, designed for quick and easy installation in a variety of environments.
It is widely used in airports, supermarkets, shopping centres, hospitals, restaurants, manufacturing industry, offices, and public buildings undergoing refurbishments, upgrades, or re-fits.
The system features lightweight 500mm wide interlocking PVC panels that are easy to handle and install. It creates a hygienic, smooth, and bright finish, ideal for all settings requiring a clean and professional appearance.
1 linear metre = 2 panels. To calculate the number of panels you require, multiply the linear metres by 2.
The modular design allows panels to be re-located and the hoarding can be re-configured during multi-phase projects, offering flexibility as work progresses.

The system will automatically calculate the price to include the correct number of panels, channels, posts, base plates, weights, and top clips needed for each metre you order.
The hoarding is supported by steel bases, positioned at 2-metre intervals on the rear side of the hoarding.

Delivery
Your Hoarding Delivery
We aim to deliver to most UK mainland sites within 3 working days. We can also arrange exports to Europe and worldwide.
Standard Delivery minimum and maximum charges apply
A standard 3-day UK Mainland Delivery charge is automatically added to your order and it will be itemised in your basket. Standard delivery is within 3 working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and other public holidays). This includes central London and Greater London.

We generally despatch orders using our own fleet of delivery vehicles; however, we reserve the right to use palletised and non-palletised shipping services offered by third party delivery agents when we are operating at full capacity.

We do deliver to these locations, but we need you to get in touch so we can provide accurate quotes based on your exact address. We always try to keep your delivery costs as low as possible, but this will depend on when our fleet of vehicles is delivering to nearby areas.
When to expect your order
Delivery time estimates are based on UK working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and other public holidays). Deliveries to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer.
Urgent deliveries
If you an urgent delivery (with 24 or 48 hours), a premium rate will apply. Please call us on 01274 525 660 for an exact quotation. Once agreed we will add the agreed amount to your order and arrange the delivery.
Non-standard, special deliveries
If you require a non-standard delivery with special arrangements and timings, please call or email our team during working hours to discuss your requirements and we will advise exact delivery costs.
Fire Rated Delivery Surcharge
The extra weight and size of Fire Rated hoardings means we may need to prepare a bespoke quote for delivery. This will be tailored to your order quantity and site location. This is simply to cover our costs and we will not add excessive charges.
Exceptions
Unsecure addresses - we reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the delivery address is not secure.
Impounded goods - we cannot be held liable in the unlikely event that items shipped internationally are confiscated or held up by Customs, Police or other government authorities.

We fully understand the deadline pressures on construction projects and will work with you to overcome any logistical problems, or to correct the quantities ordered during your project. Our friendly staff will always try to deliver the materials you need on time and deal with problems in a practical and fair way.
